How We Use Donations

Montgomery County Greens use donations to secure ballot access, support booths and tabling at county events, contribute to local candidates, maintain our website, fund social activties, and more!

The FEC requires, by law, that we ask for your employer and occupation. If you don’t have an employer, please tell us if you are a homemaker, student, retired, or unemployed. If you are self-employed put “self-employed” as the employer and describe your occupation.
Contributions are not tax deductible.

Contribution Rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident of the U.S.
  2. I am not a federal government contractor.
  3. This contribution is NOT from a corporation, labor organization, Political Action Committee (PAC), or national bank.
  4. This contribution complies with federal contribution limits, and does not exceed $44,300 per person, per year.
  5. I am making this donation from my own funds, not those of or provided by another individual for the purpose of this contribution.
